Recipe for Chicken Fingers by Hip Chick Farms

Yields1 Serving

 3 boxes of HIP CHICK FARMS Chicken Fingers (Baked)
 1.50 Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
 6 slices of Bacon (Cooked & Crumbled)
 3 tbsp Scallions (Diced)
 2 tbsp Black Olives (Sliced)
 1 tbsp Jalapeños (Finely Diced)
 0.50 can Black Beans (Drained)
 2 tbsp Sour Cream

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Place HIP CHICK FARMS Chicken Fingers on the bottom of a cast iron pan or baking dish.

Cover Chicken Fingers with Black Beans, Black Olives and Jalapeños.

Sprinkle with Cheese and Scallions.

Place in oven back for 5 minutes.

Remove pan from oven sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

Serve with Sour Cream, on the side.
