After Johnson worked for ten years under Alice Waters at Chez Panisse, she and Palandech co-founded Hip Chick farms, recently winning Food & Wine‘s “Most Innovative Women in Food” award for developing gluten-free, organic chicken nuggets, now available in the frozen food section of Whole Foods and Sprouts.
